The DARK HALF wood oil and Orange Peel Oil formula is food grade, making it safe for food contact. It is also a great penetrating oil for use on wooden kitchen items, such as chopping boards. The product is waterproof, and it requires 3 to 5 coats to seal the wood. The all-natural finish takes 7-10 days to develop water resistance and 30 days for a complete cure.
